ORDERING INFORMATION

We take orders online. If the customer wishes to order over phone, our representative will help in creating an online account and placing an order. After placing the order, you will get an e-mail acknowledgement. You can contact us on phone, fax or e-mail which are available in the contact us section of our website.

ORDER DELIVERY TIMES

The material which is available in stock will be dispatched in 3-4 business days. For orders which are out of stock- it can take up to 2 weeks. In any case if we are not able to dispatch your order then we will refund your whole amount within 15 business days. If in any case the delivery time exceeds from the commitment date then we will contact you to determine if you want to execute the order with the new delivery time, if you do not wish to execute then we will refund your entire amount.

 

VAT AND CENTRAL SALES TAX

We invoice all transactions and charge all taxes as per regulation.

We charge VAT depending on the item being shipped. We offer refund upon original C-form being submitted to us, in which case we will charge only 2% CST for any outside Delhi transactions and refund the difference.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments via Netbanking, NEFT/RTGS, debit cards, credit cards or cheque.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We offer returns and exchanges only against manufacturing defects. Please contact our office to discuss any return requests.
